Hi there, iv got a K reg sportrak with 8674 genuine miles confrimed by the 1 previous owner, im impressed with the little jeep! Took a tube of Autosol to the wheels and they came up really shiny, stainlees steels, also got rid of the airbox and shoved a K+N air filter on it and by christ it put rather large grin on my face! Nice throaty sound as well as loads more poke to boot. Spark plugs and oil + filter change done before the K+N went on which helped but not too noticeably.
i've recently bought a 1990 1.6 feroza thats had a 4" body lift. its a bit of a crazy car but i had to get it cos it was a bargain!
it runs great overall, needs a bit of tlc. theres a few things i need to tinker with, 1 being tightening/replacing the fan belt.
before anybody jumps ahead i was looking for it on the search box but unfortunately there is not a straigh answer and unfortunately i dont realy know how it works. basicaly all i want to know is:
-what is the differential gear ratio (rear and front)
-i am thinking on changing current ones to wider axles so i would like to know wich axles from wich trucks would work perfect
Hi all I have just got myself sorted with my first fourtak it needs a bit of work but nothing too much to worry about suspension needs sorting out bushes and coils and some bodywork which I've just about done will be painting it in the not too distant future. I have just purchased a 1990 Fieldman (SWB) and as I carry a lot of heavy diving kit was wondering if there was an aftermarket cargo bulkhead (mesh idealy) availiable or is it down to the Halfords Dog Guards and some addational fixings.

i have a 1986 daihatsu rocky 2.8 diesel non turbo and i will be doing some mods to increase the ride comfort and articulation, i will be converting from leaf springs to coil springs with control arms attached from the diff to the frame as well as other steering and stability components but first i have to get wider axles so i can have some space between the frame and the back face of the tire so i can locate the coil perches as well as the shocks so my question is....
I URGENTLY REQUIRE A NIPPON DENSO 27060/87724. 101211/0750 ALTERNATOR FOR MY JAPANESE IMPORTED DETOMASO. NO-ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO FIND 1! CAMSKILL ARE GENIUS AND THEY CANT HELP! IVE EXHAUSTED THE NET AND ANY OTHER MEANS I CAN THINK OF! HELP!!1 MY CAR HAS BEEN OFF THE ROAD FOR 5 WEEKS. THE REFURBISHER COULDNT REFURBISH AFTER TRYING ALL THIS TIME! IM IN THE MIDLANDS. THE DAIHATSU MOVE IS SIMILAR BUT NOT ENOUGH OUTPUT!! PLEASE HELP
