Was taking my sprty off roading the other day and broke my plastic hub cap which
goes around the auto lock hubs.....im sure you know what i mean,
where can i get hold of some in the UK and how much for??

If anyone is after F50 spares and literature check out ebay. I have bought an engine (DG) manual so will be able to quote info if anyone needs it in the future.
I.ve got some time of work so going to have a go at SERVICING my Sportrak its an M reg 1.6 EXi. Could someone tell me what I will need Like a good oil type, oil filter, air filter,spark plugs and anything else that might help me out. This will be the first time I,ve ever atempted any mechanical work ever besides changing the window wipers.
Ok offroad down some rendom path today when the path became alot norrower, too narrow and unfortunatly i scrtached the drivers side rear wheel arch not majorly but just enough to notice, please any sugesstion? oh its a fourtrak 97 tdx dark green.

just a quick one, took it in for its test today. one piece of welding we missed, and some new front pads and a few bulbs as the sidelights were out; all it needed. Has to be done on monday as no working on saturday just MOTs.
least i know when its done i get a retest for free and get my MOT! whohoo!
