I have to buy a cylinder head gasket set for my F50 engined Land Rover. Apparently there is more than one type and I need to give them the engine number, does anyone know whereabouts it is - I can't see it and it isn't on my log book. Cheers John
puttin a new clutch in my tracky 2.8 TDL. does anybody have the torque settings for the clutch preassure plate and bell housing bolts. have send off for the service manual from this site . but still aint turned up yet. and want this done before end the weekend. many thanks for any replies ... woody
Hi,Just bought a Daihatsu Rugger, I was led to believe this is a standard Fourtrak, but have discovered the oil filter is a different one. Does anyone have a part number for this, and more worryingly are any other bits different.
Can any one suggest a method or a product which will really clean up the black plastic trim/end caps on the front/rear bumpers. There is some bleaching apparent with some greyish areas and layers of polish. Be pleased if I could get them back to a nice shiny black.Any suggestions out there.

Sorry I'm sure this one has come up before, but I'm new to the forum. My Four trak has sprung a small leak in her rad, has anyone tried rad weld? is it worth a try?, or should I take her in for a well deserved service and new rad? Many thanks....
Uhh, here's the summary, went offroad yesterday and found out whilst in a deep flooded track that my fourtrak leaks, some nice offroader kindly told me that the water was coming in through the sills, just down on the floor near the door, my question is why are there these "sills" that allow water in? are the supposed to? sorry kind of new to the whole 4x4 stuff.
