how does the performance of an automatic sportrak differ from that of a manual one?
there is this one on ebay called a Rocky instead of a sportrak for 995 quid.
My Sportrak has just generated a small squeak sound coming from the end section of the exhaust, Just wondering what it could be, i dont think its a problem though.
Since I started running my Sportrak about 3 years ago I have replaced the front shocks (too hard) and the rear springs and rear shocks, (too soft). The rear shocks were KYB brand and seemed fine, they certainly improved the ride. Looking under the vehicle yesterday I thought ' Hey where's the left hand rear shock gone????' The eye on the bottom end has snapped off with the shock on full compression and all the oil has gone from it.
Hi I have a terios 1.3 sport 2003 which i have to fit with a starter motor but need the bolts to fasten to the car. Desperate to get hold of them by 17th june as i am taking them to Spain to fit. Anyone who can sell them to me and post by the time i need them please answer this post or call me on 07886837752.

Does any1 know if there is a 6 speed gearbox for the fourtrak 2.8 dl42 engine. And as my engines a non turbo is it possible to convert it without taking the engine out. As the dl42 and 52 are virtually the same besides turbo fuel pump either complete or bits adding . Can't realy make out as my manual pics are quite blurry. Has this been done before. Cheers Ant.

I've just bought a '92 Fourtrak TDX SE; everything (even the air-con) works, except, obviously, the electric shocks but I have a few queries and would be grateful for some advice.
