I have recently received a new thermostat for my Sportrak (EFI engine, 1996). From what I have gathered, the Sportrak doesn't have a seperate gasket in the thermostat housing, is this correct? If so, does this mean I don't need to use a sealant? I can't find anything on using a sealant in the workshop manual. If still advisable, what do you guys use?

Wanted to share a list of dampers/shocks compatible with the F73/F75.
Since it's so hard to source any parts for those in my area, I'm always looking into compatibility.
Maybe it will be helpful for others.
Just had the shock of being quoted £348 for a rear wiper motor for my 1992 sportrak Eli. It has 3 wires. I've looked on eBay but no exact matches. Anyone know where I might source one or alternatively someone who can repair the existing motor.? I had it going briefly yesterday but it died. Many thanks

Ive had My Fourtrak about a month now and loving it.
Its a 1995 timberline model.I think I picked it up cheap enough.1 owner from new,139k on the clock,11 months mot.runs realy well.The last owner kept every single receipt for everything He`s ever done on it,it made realy good reading
I'm trying to get some extended U-Bolts for the front of my F70 FourTrak (91).
The reason behind this is that I've got bigger leafs and don't think the standard ones will fit.
