We only flipping made it! Sorry for the lack of blog updates and website updates, the reception for mobile phones has been sporadic to say the least. But we did it! We managed to make it to all the way without incident (bar a bulb in Germany) and have now passed our Terios on to the charity. It has been an amazing adventure and Bertha has held up well. She has battled through the best and worst of Europe, Asia and now Mongolia and it has been amazing. Will we be uploading photos as soon as we can but there is still time to sponsor us!
My insurance company are asking me if my 1.3 Terios has an immobiliser fitted - never asked that before. It has central locking and an aftermarket GT alarm (which I suspect isn't a Thatcham jobbie). Does anyone know if the early Terios came with immobilisers from the factory?
please someone help.... i have to barmy so called mates they both keep take pee out of my fourtrak the one with pajero swb 2.5 auto thinks he has best 4x4 even though he gets rubbish mpg and struggles up steep muddy inclines, and one with disco, well his in bits most of the time, and when not he finds himself getting rescued by my 2.8tdx independent.I keep trying to tell them to go daihatsu power all the way but they think im CRAZY! please please please someone help me talk some sense into them as it gets lonely going places alone lol
Hi everybody, I have a '99 Hijet MPV which has started making an alarming grinding/rubbing noise from the back nearside wheel. It doesn't happen all the time, it's just when there is someone in the passenger seat and the van is turning left.

Also, I found one I may get and comes with hardtop which is nice but I also like soft-top for summer. Does someone sell the soft-top components and new soft-tops for these Rocky's?
Hi. Newbie on the scene. I have just purchased a 93 1.6 elxi with what i think is a whining diff, can anyone tell me if all the diffs are compatible from other models as there doesnt seem to be many 2nd hand ones around. This will be my winter car and used from nov _ March .Thanks ED
anyone help me, my fourtrak 2.8tdx independent has fitted max dia 272mm brake drums, but accoreding to everyway i have been it should have 256 mm drums as anyone else had this problem or know of a reason mine has larger drums. Does anyone else have 272mm drums fitted to there fourtrak. Fourtrak is one owner from new with no modifications.
since buying a daihatsu fourtrak ive got an interest in doing a bit of diy mechanics even did my own clutch on me fiat last week took me 7 days but hay saved a bit.
im trying to get a good tool box together i bought cheap to begin with and some snapped during using them and were generally rubbish to work with ive sold all that now via ebay.
