Charade Detomaso bumper on a 1989 G102 Charade?

Hi there, new to this forum. There are a number of Detomaso's in my area being scraped for parts (in New Zealand where detomaso's are common) and one of them has a front bumper which is in reasonable condition. would the detomaso bumper fit onto my G102 charade? Cheers.

Budget turboing an NA YRV

I have a rough n/a manual YRV and was wondering if I could low pressure turbo it using the exhaust manifold..turbo..and lines from the turbo YRV? I recon I could do this for a lot less than the cost and complication of an engine swap. Has this been done before and does anyone know of anything which would cause major complications. Would I need to be able to retard the timing for low boost? Im hoping for around 20 to 30 extra bhp and around 5 - 7 psi. Any advice welcome.

Engine Swap EF-SE (Mira LE-L250V with ECC A32) in Cuore

hi all i swapped the cuore ED-10 with EF_SE engine and my electrician couldn't wire the accessories with the ECU he just Plugged the engine harness in the ECU leaving all the accessories. Now i have been trying to wire the rest of stuff i managed to find the headlight, Blower heater, Idle switch, STA signal, Fault lamp,etc etc and just now i am done with all the errors like 51,54,13,44. Now vehicle is not turning on the fault lamp but i couldn't hookup the ACSW as AC relay wouldn't turn on.

Hi everyone!
I have YRV with a home made air filter and a blitz-nur spec exhaust.

As many have said, I expected to have some fuel cuts.
Indeed I have some big fuel cuts under hard acceleration and especially around 3000rpm.
So I've installed a HKS FCD to the pressure sensor, connected to the red wire (PIM signal).

Hi,
I was planning to slam my Daihatsu sirion 4trak using an airbag kit, but I haven't been able to find one in England for a decent price. So I am planning to buy a coil over kit and then upgrade later. So far I have found two possible candidates.

Will Charade lowering springs fit Grand move?

Hi all, wondering if anyone can help. Just purchased a grand move on an s plate 98, i noticed on wikipedia that there based on the charade chassis. Would love to give it some lowering springs and was wondering if i could used the ones for a charade as there doesnt seem to be any available for the grand move? Thank in advance, Damian.

Cuore L701 Wheels and Tyres

I've lately been looking up about possibly changing the wheels on my Cuore.

What I'm wondering is what are the wheel and tyre sizes available without having any problems. From what I've researched the maximum wheel and tyre combination I can have without any problems are 6J wheels with 165/55 R14 tyres but trying to find decent tyres at that size are a pain.

What have others done without any problems?
