The Daihatsu YRV has been designed to compte with the Mercedes A-class, and parent company Toyota hope it will make inroads into the sports micro-mini market. The car was first displayed in 2000, with its modern interior and ‘Double Wedge’ exterior attracting considerable media attention. ‘Double Wedge’ is an alternative to the traditional belt line and gives the car a sportier, more angular look.
Last December I got the chance to buy very cheap a crashed YRV GTti (Turbo), he hit a Tree with the co-drivers door at about 80 km/h.
So I own a "normal" YRV 1.3 TOP (87 PS)and last week I builde into my red YRV TOP the engine, the Automatic Gearbox (before Manual Gearbox), the complete wirering diagram and all the things that a normal YRV different from a standard YRV to a GTti.
Is there a club out for this car and can anyone help in finding out what size alloy wheels would fit the curo auto. i looking for any nice bodywork out there.please can anyone help form martin in cornwall.
