Terios Sport Side Bars

Forum:

Does anyone know of a supplier of side bars for the Terios Sport?

Ideally I'm trying to find the tubular stainless style that has built in steps for the front and rear doors - I'd prefer these to the standard side steps.

I'm having no luck so far with the main advertisers so would be grateful if anyone out there could advise.

Thanks for your help.

Forum:

Hello everybody! I've dreamed for a fourtrack for a long time and finaly bought one few weeks ago. It's a Fourtrack EL 2.8TD limited adition with black metallic paint, removable sunroof/roof, electric windows and brand new 235 off-road tyres on chromed steel wheels. The engin runs smooth and starts at button. By driving it from London to Glasgow, I found it really designed for off-road and not very good on motor way. The speed is ok but the suspension is really hard. Once I reach 70m/h the car feels very noisy. I am new guy to own a four wheel drive, so truly need some guidance from your experts. I have loads of questions. Please share your experience with me.

Buying a Fourtrak

Forum:

I presently own a Sportrak which I'm thinking of trading in for a Fourtrak next year, which I intend to keep for a number of years. My only concern is that because both the Sportrak and Fourtrak have ceased production
the availability of spares will become increasingly poor and eventually non existent which would render the car virtually valueless when I come to trade it in. What do people think?

Syncro

Forum:

Hi there.
I've been looking for a decent off-roader, and found an old Fourtrak (from the 80s - not sure when) 2-litre petrol. It looks like a good car, but I'm a bit worried that the syncro in 2nd doesn't work until it's warmed up. Can anyone tell me if this is a common problem, and if its a big problem? Any other "new buyer" tips also gratefully received!

Thanks, Al
