Now I have my 98 Fourtrak TDL, I would really like a copy of the original sales brochure (and service information) from Daihatsu, with all the specifications etc, so if anybody could help with a copy in some format it would be most helpful!
Seems a tiny problem but I stupidly left my Fuel Cap at a Fuel Station or on the back bumper and lost it. I have since ordered two new locking replacemets from the UK via ebay and both have arrived as screw type and don't fit. Both my Sportraks have small 1/4turn type caps, or should I say HAD.
Im assuming it pumps air from what i have read in other posts and by its name but mine is full of oil. Should it be? Is that just to keep it lubricated? Also where do i top it back up with oil.
I have just brough a 89 sportrak. I really love her there is just a couple of things that need sorting out. My glove box is broke :cry: The bracket on the actual glove box has been snaped of by the previous owner. Does anyone know of how i can get a new one. I know its not gunna stop the car being loads of fun, but it is annoying when all my stuff falls out every were.
i got a sportrak 1991 but want to no if i can fit electic windows and central locking as mine does not have any
also i fitted new back leaf spring and now the ride is really hard is there away i can make them softer, i got them from milner offroad and they come with nilon bushes not rubber ones like on the ones i took out will that make and differce if i went back to rubber ones
