Hi All, Ive just bought a new set of leaf springs for my sportrak, complete 3+1 springs with fixing kit containig all new bushers/u,bolts etc. £113, for the pair from Milners at Darley Dale, Didnt think that was a bad price. I would be very grateful of any tips on fitting them or anything to look out for as i have never tackled a job like this before, Cheers Ron.
Hi, I bought a Rocky 4x4 2.8 tD as new in 1999. It is an F78 acording to the engine plate. I am looking for a workshop manual .... is there anyone out there who can help? How do I get hold of Lurch? I have had daihatsu service the car till recently but the support in SA is very limited .... hence I am looking for as much help as can get - this website is great!

Ok my bog standard (except mus tyres) fourtrak F70 got a severe beasting at a off road challenge and beat 2 land rovers. I have only had this vehicle a few weeks and its just so good i dont know why i didnt get one years ago.
Hi, where on your fourtrak is the light bar, is it on the roof, if so any pics cos its what i want on mine but not sure what is the best way of doing it. Want to mount mine on the roof at the front.
Hello people. We are looking to replace my wife's Smart CDi with a dinky 4wd [either Terios or Jimny] and would like to know what to look out for on the Terios, and whether it has any vices (like picking up strangers on street corners ;)).
I notice that there is a considerable variance on pricing between Daihatsu dealers for similar cars, which could be geographical. Rural dealers seem to be up to £1000 dearer than town dealers. 4wd centres also seem to be dearer.
