Following on from my problem with the calipers, I got new seals and decided to fit them on saturday morning.
I was soon faced with the old problem of the pistons not wanting to budge from their seats and therefore went around to the local Land Rover man who has a full air-equiped garage to blow them out - only to find him furious because because his expensive Snap-On system compressor had packed in. So it was off to the garage in the village and the age-old practice of borrowing their air-line which you still see people even today removing brake pistons with. Only I forgot to block the thing with a rag......

My Fourtrak has a steering problem, when the
front wheels are in a strait line the steering wheel
is out of position! its slightly turned to the right!
does this mean that the track rod ends have more
ajustment on one side, than the other?
hi i bought a second hand bull bar off ebay for my fourtrak independant 1998 but didnt recive the fixing kit i thought id get one in the dealers but they have stoped doing them so has formular 4x4 any ideas where i could get a kit the bullbar is an original i think it has fourtrak printed on it and ive seen some around with the same bullbar thanx
Heyup fello 4x4ers. I have a Sportrak and since I had the brake pads replaced 4 moths ago the brakes have squealed when stopping. I took her in for new tyres 3 months back and told the tyre guy. He put some copper oil each side of the pads, both sides, and they were fine for a month but now they are sqealing again, I wonder if anybody eles has had this problem, and what did you do. It is well annoying.

Hey all, just like to introduce myself. My name is Miles and I drive a Limited Edition Daihatsu Terios from Australia. I've owned my baby for about 2 years now and Im pretty up set because I can not find any Daihatsu Owner Clubs anywhere in Syndey.
However Iam part of a car club, but its for mixed cars, we are call Sydney Cruise Registry (www.sydcruise.com) and its really the only place I can show my car, im the only Daihatsu in the club.
In the car park of the usual shopping mall on Wed., My missus was caught on the O/S/F endcap by the usual spotty little twerp with his baseball cap on backwards, trying to park his pre-Cambrian era Fiesta with a bean can exhaust and boom-boom stereo.
We've got a witness or two, and this oaf is pleading with us not to go thru insurance (I wonder why?) and is offering to cough up the money. I have had a quote for £50 for a new one from that bunch of jokers who call themselves Daihatsu dealers up here, but I was wondering If anyone knows if someone else stocks these any cheaper, and I may make
