i can get inside the van but no ignition key.
does anyone knows where to get a replacement set from
Hi, I have just bought a 1999 1.3 EFI Dual Fuel HiJet. It is ex council owned with only 15K on the clock.
Problem is it doesn't have a manual. Does anybody have a workshop or service manual that they are willing to sell or share? If not, where can I get one for a reasonable price?
Have checked eBay, but can only find one for a diesel.
Any help or adicve welcomed.
I've got the Sirion '98 model with the 1 litre engine and today i discovered a new hole at the backbox of the exhaust. The problem is that my father replaced it last year and it already looks pretty rusty.. So i was thinking instead of keep paying for exhausts to pay something more to get a descent stainless exhaust and maybe it would give me a couple of HP. Do u think it worths the money or keep the original one?

i just purchase a Daihatsu hi-jet 1.2 diesel of the year 1997 and i just found the probelem on the engine , it's overheating the head gasket it's gone .
wath i can do .it's this a comon probelem

I have just had to have a new engine put onto my Hijet. However it didn't have an oil pump with the engine . Does anyone know a) where to get one they are like gold dust and how much one is likely to cost???
