Hi there, I have a 90H fourtrack lwb and i would like some help.
1. My suspension when you go down a back road even on hard setting is very bouncy.
2. When i go down a byway or a rut the suspension at the front near side seems to bottom out.
3. My fourtrack has never been off road by the previous owner he has used it to tow alot.
4. Do i need to change the leaf springs all around, or shockers.
can someone explain the hubs to me on my old fourtrak?
on the hubs (on the front) you can turn the centre to lock or free???
when you put it into 4x4 on the extra gear stick i assumed it automatically goes into 4x4 is that correct? or do i have to get out and manually lock the hubs into "lock"
then when i wana drive in rear wheel (2 wheel drive) i put it in 2 wheel drive, do i then have to get out and put the hubs to free?
Hi there, I have a Fourtrack 90(H) which has had a second hand DL52 engine fitted from the Independent which works fine, My question is should the DL52 have a Intercooler fitted as mine has'nt got one fitted the turbo has a bye pass but works ok. What major difference doe's not having a Intercooler and has anybody changed the engines like this before?

Is this correct? Does the timing belt cover on the feroza run without a gasket? My parts guy indicated this was the case and the manual says nothing about a gasket there?
