I have a Terios registered in March 2000 (engine 1.3 petrol prior to engine change later in 2000) and wish to change the cambelt. Does anyone have any instructions on to do so please?

I recently bought a 93 Fourtrak Independent - and I am already in love with it!
Up until now, I have not needed a 4x4 but now my activities as an archaeologist mean I need to go across some pretty rough & boggy areas - hence buying the Fourtrak.
Am I right in thinking that a 93 Independent has auto locking hubs and that I don't need to anything except use the 4wd Lo lever or 4wd Hi button to switch to four wheel drive?
Yes, you remember them, they were a little box containing all the rubber seals and a tube of pink grease which you used to replace the rubber bits in a brake wheel cylinder. Used to cost about £3 for an axle.
BUT NOW you can't get them, so, instead, you have to fork out £40 for a brand new wheel cylinder !!!
Even more annoying was having to fork out £80 for a Fiesta brake master cylinder which is purposely designed so you can't get it apart (a hidden internal circlip springs out when Mr Ford stuffs the guts into the cast housing).
Just got hold of a manual for the Fourtrak and had a bit of a browse through the engine section. Interesting to see it's an overhead valve but the camshaft is driven by a belt rather than gears or chain. Don't understand why they did this but I guess the inscrutable little devils had some good reason. Should be a doddle to maintain and work on, don't need to disturb cambelt to lift the head, easy valve clearance adjustment, I think I'm in love :D. Maybe they were intended for use in third world countries and designed for ease of maintenance ?. Anyone changed a clutch ?, was it hard work ?. Should be easier than in a lot of modern transverse engined cars.
i was just looking on the mud bugz web site and i found some thing that didnt realy make me larf its what he calls "he's how i rate em" page hear is the daihatsu part in his own words:-
Fourtrak..
Another farmers 4x4, although, with low ride height, not much articulation on leaf-sprung axles and a poor record for engine performance, this 4x4 is probably best left to the smaller ruts found around the farm, stay in the tracks!, very square, boxy, lacks style, lacks... yeh, best left on the farm..!
would just like to say from a novices point of veiw it was good to see the photos of the transfer box jigsaw puzzle. these can be a great help to someone with little mechanical nowledge.lets see some more on this site please. merry xmas everybody!
I'm new to this forum having recently bought a 1993 2.8 TD Fourtrak to use when I go shooting and ferreting, it's the Limited version with the bells and whistles (more things to go wrong ).
Unfortunately I'm already becoming obsessed with the darn thing, it's such fun to drive on or off road.
Reason for the post apart from to say hello is to ask if any of you can tell me what to look out for problems wise.
