I am wondering wether the AC/Heater panel on the 4Trak is usually backlit?
Mine (1998 4Trak SWB) is not, and is really hard to see at night. Is it that my bulbs are blown or other problem, or is it that it's just not intended to be backlit?
Hope I am being clear enough with my explanation.
Thanks
I wanted a 4x4 this winter to be able to get to see my girlfriend who lives 55 miles away cross country. I struggled a wee bit last year with my Toyota avensis and decided this year that I needed a better snow-beater.
It would seem that my auto locking hubs are finally on their last legs. I'm more than likely going to change them for manual locking hubs. My question is if I were to do a part tarmac part offroad/ice journey and I was to switch back to 2H in the cab WITHOUT unlocking the hubs would this cause any damage? Or would there only be increased 'friction' on the axle which in turn doesn't give me the best MPG. Thanks in advance.
we done a spring over axle lift on my swb fourtrak and its rubbish it was great before so now we are changing it back and doing a 4" body lift so i can fit the big wheels do you think this will be ok
