For owners of 1.5 & 1.3 Sirion 2008 and 2005 onwards respectively, I have found some cheap lambda sensors that match Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM). The problem has been cross-referencing the original part numbers but it appears Denso have had an update on the catalogue.

Do anyone know what is code 51? I can`t start my car.

MoT booked and last minute brake check. Rusty discs as usual as I don't use the car much although it's garaged - but never when wet. Luckily I have a spare set of discs and pads.

Ive got a small problem with brakes on my 05 sirion . First thing in the morning the brakes make a terrible Grinding noise , like Metal to metal . I know , your gonna say pads down to the limit , but checked and they are 50% worn . Discs themselves look ok , very slight lip , but ok . Could aftermarket brake pads be the cause or should i bite the bullet and get both pads/discs changed .When the Brakes up to temp , noise hardly noticeable .

Hi All, Have a 1998 Mira L500 649cc DOHC, the problem is the engine is running to cool, the temp gauge is around 1/4 inch above the bottem mark on the temp gauge,and then rises to just under half way when going up hill, if i go down hill on the over run the temp gauge goes to just above the cold mark, i have changed the thermostat with a new one and the problem is exactly the same, the heater also only blows cool air when near the cool mark, and very hot when half way on the temp gauge going up hill, with a new thermostat fitted you would think the temp gauge would stay in the half way mark
