I would like to add remote central locking to my 02 Sirion F-speed. I initially thought I had it and bought a key fob but after phoning the dealers they said my model has central locking only and the remote central locking was an optional extra.
I was wondering where the module is normally located in a sirion?
Just thought i'd let any Cuore L701 owners know that if they wish to fit some wide arch extensions then the plastic ones from a Mini (a real one, not BMW nastiness!!)will fit quite nicely with maybe a little trimming. I went to a place in Darlington today to try them out and see if they'd fit ok. I think a full set is about £26 ish inc Vat. There are proper JDM style ones out there but they tend to cost more from what I've seen. And I know from owning a couple of Minis with their plastic arches how tough they are, I reckon they'll last longer than the fibreglass ones that cost more anyway.
Does anyone know the resistance of the existing airbag?
If im changing my wheel i with need a resistor to put in place of the airbag to trick the ECU into thinking i still have one therefore i wont get a warning light come up and my passenger airbag will still work.
I've been looking all over the internet for a boss kit (ideally a quick release but not crucial) for my rally 4 but with no luck
Do any of you guys know if one from another car would fit? YRV/Cuore?

Firstly my mame is Jay and I'm a Daihatsuholic. This is my first post so bear with me! My question is: Has anyone successfully found and fitted tailgate spoiler to a G100 charade? I'm trying to spice up my runabout and I can't track down a genuine Gtti one here in Ireland. Hoping there's something more common out there with similar dimensions Any info much appreciated!
Has anyone fitted a double DIN head unit in the Sirion? Look like it would fit! Was looking at fitting a newer head unit for iPhone connection and possibly DAB. ANy thoughts foks?
WAs just wondering what can be done to the EJ-DE engine to eke out some more power, on a tight budget. I'd like to think I'd have it turbo'd one day, but that'll cost me too much. I have also toyed with the idea of fitting bike carbs with either a home made manifold or silicon hoses and a home made flange, or a bespoke manifold from BoggBros. I think that would be the easiest option, but I dunno if the power gains, if any would be worth it. I know the induction noise would be more than worth it though.
