Anyone know if its possible to get the dash tidy available for the piaggio porter until recently - fits the hijet im told by woodford motors - but no longer available from them, it fits into the dash and has compartments and a can/ drinks holder.
I have a 2002 1300 efi with terminal engine damage due to lack of oil. I would like to purchase either a decent used engine or a damaged van with a good engine. Both are proving difficult to find.
However, there do seem to be a few 1300 efi Charades kicking around. Anyone know if the basic block can be utilized? Manifolds, injection system, sump etc can be salvaged from old engine.
Hi, i am new to the wonderful world of the hijet, and having just bought and fixed up this great little van amd now perplexed as to what the threaded inserts are for along the windscreen inside columns - what marvelous attachment can i buy now?
any ideas?
I've recently got myself a Hijet 6 seater mini van and I'll be taking the little beast all the way to Mongolia.
I'm taking part in the London to Mongolia rally this year. It's a charity event where teams drive very smalll cars to Mongolia where they are donated to people who need them. We also raise money along the way.

Hi Hijetters, can anyone tell me how to remove the headlight plastic surround covers??
Ive removed the front grill and pulled the push plugs on the grill side but there seems to be some resistance on the left side and i dont want to pull it incase it breaks the plastic surround!!!!
Is there a hidden screw or something behind the side panel????
