We have a 2007 Sirion - we recently sent it for the annual servicing. Unfortunately instead of servicing the car ended with a new problem - a fault has developed from the front of the car and it get worst on rough roads.
So I needed an exhaust for my Cuore, they keep blowing as they go into the big silencer and this is the 3rd or 4th I have put on this car. The last couple have been from Europarts and are not that expensive but the last one do not sit nicely dipite a lot of fiddling around. I found a few on ebay and they are a lot cheaper but I decided to go for this one:
Hi Everyone, I have a '96 sportrak elxi and had a bulb go on the rear passenger side (stop light). So I changed the bulb and now when I apply the foot brake the side light come on and so do the internal instrumentation bulbs and I'd lost the radio. On closer inspection I see that someone has wired in a tow socket by hacking into the loom so I have removed the socket and sealed the end of the wire properly but still have the same lighting problem ( with or without engine on) although I now have radio.
I have a 1998 Diahatsu sportrak 1.6elxi, its whole purpose is as an off road vehicle
6 weeks ago we came home from our day out playing in the mud, since that its been started and moved in and out the garden for various reasons until this week when she would start up but not continue to run she would simply just cut out

Oil Filter Element
The new type of Oil paper filter now fitted is inside a housing which is usually screwed on very tight and the Alloy filter sockets will shatter when trying to unscrew the housing if tight.
Only way to remove when tight is to hit filter housing round with a hammer and drift or get a socket made from Stock Machined Steel made by machine shop which is much stronger and will unscrew housing o.k
Hi just fitted a new fuel pump to my sporty fuel injection model, the pump makes a noise as if it is working when the ignition is switched on. As the engine didn't start I loosened the banjo on top of the filter and tried again, no fuel in evidence at the banjo, The pump is not like the original being slightly larger and having two terminals for the wiring, I have read elsewhere on this forum of a member getting a pump from the same place Jap parts, apparantly with no problem.
Crankshaft Pulley has split from its rubber bonding!
which I'm assuming is there for vibration dampening! I need a new one pretty much. I have re-welded a steel ring in place of the rubber and the part is now fixed and back on the car. however it is distorted through heat and obviously won't run the same anyway and I'm sure it will be putting tension on the engine in other places, so for the time being its running but in the long run i will need another and cannot source one from anywhere and cannot find any that are breaking anywhere either.
