can you assist me with lining up the overhead camshafts No.1 piston is top dead centre with the timing cog keyway facing vertically up ..on the exhaust camshaft where does the keyway situate is it suppose to face vertically down and what mark on the inlet camshaft go where ?? And is there any pressure on any valves putting them in ..id appreciate if you could help me out

My sirion has got a slight knock on full left lock. It's not all the time, it knocks a few times and then stops. I thought it was the driveshaft, but the mechanic said he couldn't find any movement in it. It also vibrates a lot over 70 mph this is also sporadic, I had the balancing done, so it's not that. Any ideas.

I notice my heater gives no heat unless the temp dial is turned nearly all the way to hot (only starts getting hot at about 3/4 way round)

I have changed the coolant already for some 50/50 red stuff

Should I change the thermostat next? If so, what thermostat kit is recommended?

Should I also look at water pump?

Engine is K3-VE

where is I check in fuel tank and it's missing ! I check under the car and it's not at all.

Hi guys, got a new (kind of) problem with my Charade. I say new, the problem has been there ocassionally in the 3 years I have had the car, but in the last month or two has happened everytime.
