Does anyone have any pictures/diagrams or info on the vacuum pipe arrangement on an N reg Mira avanzato R4. Please someone must be able to help me????

Anyone fitted uprated Alloys to their YRV Turbo? Got some Wolfrace 15" alloys with 6.5J, 100 x 4 PCD and ET35. The tyres are 195/50/R15 Uniroyal 505 tyres. The problem is that when fitting to the rears the tyre is touching the rear axle. Any ideas what to try? Thought about spacers but not sure if I need 5 or 10MM ones.

I've seen a few Cuores and Sirions advertised on Ebay and the like which all seem to be suffering from smoking engines. Has anyone got any experience of this? I quite fancy buying one to satisy my "weekend mechanic" urges... I know it's normally the valves/guides/oil seals or piston rings, just wondered if there is a common problem? Thanks

My engine was 100% oil tight up to 46,000 miles when suddenly without any prior warning a very bad engine oil leak appears overnight from the bell housing area suggesting that the rear main seal has failed. I have checked the breather hoses and pcv valve and these appear to be clear and functioning corractly. Can anyone please suggest what may cause sudden failure of the rear main seal? (Assuming this is the leak source). One would expect a seal to start leaking gradually, giving warning of pending failure.

Hi there, i have 1991 Fourtrak 1.8TD and it's very slow to start. I let the glow-light on the dash glow then go off and then start to turn it over. It turns over for a long while (no issues with turning over) but it doesn't fire up. It starts pumping smoke out of the exhaust and then finally comes to life in a cloud of black/brown smoke. Once started it runs like a dream and starting after that during that day if fine too! What could be the cause of this slow starting?? I know the black smoke is the extra diesel that isnt burnt that has carbonized but why so long to start??
