Rear axle looks like its rusting or just well dirty..
can any one give me advice on what is the best procedure before restarting and driving away to mot station so i can decide if it worth keeping and doing up for summer time fun and sum serious 4x4ing.cheers garen uk
Has anyone been able to locate any diff locks other than original LSD.. Detroit lockers anything.. after trying friends "white whale" with front difflock i'll sell my rocky if i don't find difflocks because the difference was huge.. rocky is suprisingly good in offroading but as the appetite grows the limitations grow bigger and bigger..

does anyone know where to get the correct circlip pliers suitable for removal/refit of the circlips on the front driveshafts of the 4trak? have looked but can only find pliers suitable for circlips with the wee eyelets on...
I didn't know the Terios even existed until I was looking through the catagories on the Auto Trader website and found it under Daihatsu. As soon as I saw it I knew it would be perfect for town parking but practical for my needs. Since owning one I've been very happy with it. Now I see there is a new style Terios and it looks like it's getting more publicity this time around. It looks fantastic and is sure to sell. The dimensions have changed. It is now longer, wider and not as tall. The Engine has also beed increased to a 1.5l from 1.3 which is a good move. There's not much competition either. Only Suzuki's SX4 is a close comparison but the Terios looks a better choice in my opinion.
i have a 91 sportrak, i fill up the water tank and it is nearly empty after about 120 milesi cant find a leak there is no white smoke i dont no what to do to find this problem. also got a oil leak which looks like its coming from the head gasket how easy are they to change could this be where my water is going as well do u think maybe i could just tighten the head bolts abit to see if that works as its only a small leak
