Re Model JDA L701-HA 3 door Aoyo We have just bought a used model Coore Auto and it does have some vibration. I have read a road test which refers to this vibration as Ghastly.
Can any one tell me the cause of this vobrtaion and exactly where it comes from. .It seems very strange that a car maker would market a car with this problem as a part of the deal. I was a bit dubios about buying it but it did have two airbags and also a written warranty so we looked to be covered if the pvibration was going to lead to trouble.
What might be the most likely cause of excessive torque steer on a Feb 1990 Domino when driven with gusto. Foot down and she pulls to the white line, foot off and she pulls to the gutter. Makes for an interesting drive if you keep her on the cam !! Feels like driving a first release Mk1 Austin Mini ( but worse ), or an overpowered lightweight Special. There is nothing obvious hanging off underneat
Fourtrak 1989 turbo diesle broke down on m40 thought i had dropped valve as fireing on three cylinders, or broken cam belt.
Had head off bent push rods £21.60 + vat each all eight. Head ok and cam belt ok, timing spot on(unlikely jumped and returned to correct position) will change cam belt any way, but not over rev'd any ideas on whats happened to cause damage Going to put back togeth
This is driving me nuts. After driving half an hour the engines loses power to idle or shuts off. After a few seconds, it immediately starts and is ok for another few km. New fuel pump and gas filter. Carburetor has been professionally cleaned. Happens with gas cap removed. Never happens when mechanic is checking the car. Can't tell if problem is fuel or ignition. Any ideas?
Does any one know if the manual covers the Nippa 847cc engine? Have been having lots of trouble finding information on the car even though the engine is Daihatsu.
getting very bad mpg on a 2001 yrv with only 37k, surely it should be good on fuel when driving normaly. only geting around 35 mpg. any help or thoughts on this.

My son has a 1997 Move which is a great car except it will not go with the starter motor from cold. However - one little push and it's away.
We have replaced all the electrics, changed the air filter and checked and cleaned the air control gear to the fuel injection but to no affect. The engine turns over well and the spark is healthy. Compression is good and the engine runs fine once going. Just passed MoT with excellent emissions result.
Can anyone HELP?
I am in a mess with my vac pipes on my Applause, had the head off and can't remember where they all go.
Dose anyone have any sort of manual for the Applause or just the 1600 16 valve engine, or know where to get one.

I imported my 2003 charade from australia last year not knowing any better ( now older and wiser - it has cost thousands in fees and charges...) It has been in storage for about 6 months and has now been towed to my flat where , on trying to jump start it , it would not charge. it is sitting there still. The RAC /AA are not interested as it is not yet registered although it now insured.
I bought a new battery today from a local dealer but now cannot find my info manual and the SVA test is booked for this week !
the rear window demister switch does not light up any more when pushed on and i dont know if it is just a bulb in the switch, is ther a bulb inside it or how can i find out even if the switch is working or not as i dont know if its still demisting the window
