We have a Daihatsu YRV originally imported from Japan.
The radio reception was non-existant with the original radio, so we
have fitted another european-market radio/CD (this one worked well in
her previous car) and have found that reception is still really poor
and patchy.
Should we change the aerial and co-ax cable? Has anyone else had this
problem with a similar or other imported car? How did you fix it?
I need to disable my Copen's passenger airbag to take my 24 month old little boy with me.
He is actually grabbing the keys with one hand and my neck with the other and saying "daddy daddy new car new car vamos vamos" and pointing at the little Copen with his little finger wanting to go for a ride.
A Daihatsu garage said : " No No ... We can not possibly do that !!"
Any of you has any ideas on how I can do this? Either myself or at a garage? Will they do it in France or Ireland?
Want to know which way does the distributor rotor spin? I assume it is clockwise when looking from the left side front wheel, toward the distributor cap.
Lost the key for my Daihatsu Sirion. What options are available to solve this problem. Can i get a new key from a Daihatsu dealer by giving them the car details or do i have to give the lock number printed on the car door locks? Any help would be appreciated!
I have a daihatsu charade. Recently, I had the head gasket changed due to overheated engine. I wonder what the prblem is with the temperature indicator since I checked it constantly while driving and I noticed that it didn't even reached the middle. I just noticed it that I overheated the engine after it stopped. WHen I popped the radiator cap open, the engine temp indicator just moved to the red area.
